In what cases is an authorisation certificate suspended or revoked?

Suspension comes from points, revocation from listed grounds; both are published on the website.

Suspension

Under Article 22 of the Occupational Health and Safety Services Regulation, when warning points total three hundred the certificate is suspended by the Directorate General for six months. The authorisation cannot be used while suspended.

Grounds for direct revocation

The fourth paragraph lists three: a finding that one of the application documents was drawn up contrary to the truth; being suspended three times within one visa period; and making a contract or providing service while suspended.

Afterwards

The fifth paragraph provides that applications by the founders and partners of a unit whose certificate is revoked are suspended for two years. Revocation is therefore not a consequence limited to the legal entity.

Publication

The sixth paragraph states that those suspended or revoked are notified in writing and the situation is published on the website. That publication is a record customers can see too.
