2. Data processed on this site
The Optifora promo site has no accounts, no forms and no payments. The only data processed is:
- Visit record: the address of the page viewed, its language, the referring address and a timestamp. This record is for statistics and does not identify you.
- Your preferences: the theme and language you pick are kept in your own browser storage (localStorage) and are not sent to the server.
- Your cookie choice: your consent decision is stored in your browser (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to operate the site, keep it secure and measure its use, on the legitimate-interest basis in Art. 5/2-f of the KVKK. Non-essential cookies run only with your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).
4. Transfers
Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing. The site calls central components on moberium.com for the accessibility menu, the cookie consent panel and the footer bottom bar. Those components belong to the same company and see only the page address, its language and its theme.
5. Retention
Visit records are kept as aggregate statistics; since no identity-bound record is created, no identity-bound retention period arises. The preferences and consent choice in your browser stay on your device until you clear them.
6. Your rights
Under Art. 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information, ask for correction or erasure, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. Write to info [at] optifora.com; requests are answered within 30 days.
