Six risk methodologies, one screen

The method is chosen per assessment; the scoring, the register and the report output stay the same.

  1. 5x5 L-Type MatrixThe most commonly used qualitative risk assessment method. Risk score is calculated using two dimensions: Likelihood (L) and Severity (S).
  2. 3x3 L-Type Matrix3x3 L-Type Matrix is the fastest and most basic form of risk assessment. Ideal for low-risk environments or quick field inspections.
  3. Fine-Kinney MethodA more precise, semi-quantitative version of L-Type matrix. It includes Exposure Frequency (F) in the risk calculation.
  4. FMEAFailure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a proactive risk management tool that systematically evaluates potential failures, their causes, and effects.
  5. HAZOPHazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) is a structured technique that uses guide words to systematically identify hazards and operational problems in process facilities.
  6. 5T Process ControlThis is not a calculation methodology, but a process principle based on the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle of OSH management.

Modules in detail

What each module does, step by step — with the methods, screens and outputs it brings.

Risk Assessment

Risk assessment is critical for occupational health, safety and environmental (OHS&E) processes of your business.

Machinery & Equipment Controls

130+ equipment types, automatic reminders, smart reporting

Training Management

Which training an employee took, when, how long it ran and who delivered it — together with how it was reported to the Ministry — is held in a single record. The participant list comes from the workplace's own personnel inventory, and the result goes back onto that employee's record.

Periodic Health Examinations

From the pre-employment examination to the periodic check, from the examination result to the expiry date of the health report, the whole of health surveillance sits on the employee's own record — and the notification to the Ministry is filed from that same record.

Legal Tracking System

Full compliance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation, automatic updates and an alert system.

Automated Reporting

Accelerate your reporting processes with IBYS XML creation, monthly statistics and customizable reports.

PPE Inventory Management

The module holds the PPE master catalogue, the workplace's own inventory, the assignments made to employees and the periodic inspection records of the equipment as a single chain. Every assignment draws from stock and every inspection result is written to both the stock and the open assignment; the chain never breaks.

E-Signature Integration

The module sets up four signing paths together: qualified electronic signature with a smart card or a USB token, mobile signature over a GSM line, a wet signature drawn on screen and a wet signature image uploaded from a file. Every signed document is written to the ledger and can be queried back with a verification code.
