An audit is not over until the finding is closed
In many places the audit record ends with the list of findings; the real question is how much of that list has been closed. A finding left open is written again on the next round and the record swells.
The scope therefore keeps the finding, the corrective action and the closure evidence in one record, and tells repeating subjects apart over that record.
