2026 amounts under the other laws

The main table above carries the 2026 figures for Law No. 6331. The Ministry publishes a separate table for each of the other five laws; those 2026 amounts are below, verified row by row against the Ministry's own spreadsheet.

In three of these laws the Ministry defines the violation by article reference rather than by a sentence; those rows show the article reference and the source's own explanatory note. The source publishes in Turkish, so the text stays Turkish on this page as well.

United States — OSHA civil penalties

In the United States the amount does not depend on workplace size or hazard class: a ceiling is set per type of violation and adjusted for inflation each January.

Violation type Minimum Maximum

European Union — penalties by member state

The EU sets no penalty amounts. The Framework Directive requires Member States to take the necessary steps and ensure adequate controls; the amounts are set by national law, so this is a per-country table.

United Kingdom — offences and maximum penalties

In the UK the amount is not fixed in a table: the offence is first routed by mode of trial, then a maximum prison term and a fine follow. Since 2015 the fine is unlimited for most offences.

Offence Mode of trial On summary conviction On conviction on indictment

Germany — administrative fine ceilings

German law states the ceiling in words rather than figures, and only two levels exist: one for the employer or responsible person who breaches an enforceable order, a lower one for other cases.

Case Maximum Wording in the law

Italy — imprisonment or a fine, per article

Italian sanctions are criminal, not administrative: for each breached article the law sets a prison range or a fine range, and aggravating circumstances raise the prison term.
