  • 5x5 L-Type MatrixThe most commonly used qualitative risk assessment method. Risk score is calculated using two dimensions: Likelihood (L) and Severity (S).
  • 3x3 L-Type Matrix3x3 L-Type Matrix is the fastest and most basic form of risk assessment. Ideal for low-risk environments or quick field inspections.
  • Fine-Kinney MethodA more precise, semi-quantitative version of L-Type matrix. It includes Exposure Frequency (F) in the risk calculation.
  • FMEAFailure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a proactive risk management tool that systematically evaluates potential failures, their causes, and effects.
  • HAZOPHazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) is a structured technique that uses guide words to systematically identify hazards and operational problems in process facilities.
  • 5T Process ControlThis is not a calculation methodology, but a process principle based on the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle of OSH management.
