Optifora

Frequently asked questions about Optifora

What the platform is, which modules run today, where the data comes from and how to get started.

What is Optifora?

Optifora is not a single program but a compliance platform assembled from modules. Occupational health and safety is the core area; regulation, environment, energy and industrial standards sit under the same roof. The organisation decides which modules it will use.

Which modules work today?

The module catalogue states the status of every module: available, in development or on the roadmap. That status comes from the product's own inventory; nothing on this page is guesswork.

Which devices is it used on?

Today the surface open to customers is the iOS app. The web admin panel and the browser app are on the roadmap; they will be announced here when their turn comes.

How much does it cost?

The price list has not been published yet. Because scope depends on the modules chosen and on headcount, quotes are given through the contact page.

Do I need an account to use the free tools?

No. Every tool on the site — hazard class query, penalty tables and the calculators — works without an account and without registration.

Where do the figures on this site come from?

Every table and calculator is fed from the official source's own publication: SGK annual statistics, the workplace hazard class communiqué, administrative fine amounts, the annex to the periodic inspection regulation, Eurostat, ILOSTAT, the World Bank and BLS. The resources page lists each data set with its provider and the date it was downloaded.

How often are the fine amounts updated?

Administrative fines change every year with the revaluation rate. The amounts are not embedded in the page; they are read from the data set, and when the source publishes, the set is refreshed and the page shows the new amount by itself.

Which languages are supported?

The product is built multilingual. The interface, module pages and corporate pages open to the base language set; the tables tied to Turkish legislation and the answer and guide pages are published in Turkish and English. A language is not opened before its pack is complete.

Where is my data kept and who can see it?

The platform is multi-tenant: each organisation's data is kept separate, access is bounded by roles and permissions, and changes are written to an audit trail. How personal data is processed is set out in our Privacy Policy, KVKK notice and GDPR notice.

Can it be installed on our own servers?

On-premise requests are considered; because the scope depends on the organisation's infrastructure, we discuss it through the contact page.

Can we migrate our existing data?

Migration depends on the shape of the records you hold. Tell us through the contact page which records you want to move and in what format, and we will work out the migration scope with you.

Can it exchange data with other software?

Integration and API access are separate modules in the catalogue, with their status stated there. Endpoint scope and quota are defined per organisation.

Is it suitable for my sector?

Each sector page carries the NACE codes it covers, how they split across hazard classes and the SGK accident table. What sets the duty is not the sector's name but the workplace hazard class, which you can look up with the hazard class query tool.

Can I see a demo?

Yes. Leave a request through the contact page with your module selection and a demonstration will be arranged around your needs.

Are the results of the free tools legally binding?

No. The tools are for information; the binding texts are the official communiqué, the regulation and the institution's own publication. Each tool states the source it relies on.
