Time first
The basis of a quotation is the assignment time derived from the workplace's hazard class and headcount. A price quoted without that calculation either loses the unit money or pushes the service below what the legislation requires.
Scope is written
What is included and what is not is written in the quotation: how many visits, which training, whether measurements are included, how emergency calls are answered, how often reporting occurs. Scope left unwritten turns into an argument later.
A changing number
If headcount changes during the year, the required time changes with it. The quotation should state the range the number is valid for and what happens if it is exceeded.
Quoting below the time
A price below the required time means service below it as well. The consequence is not only quality but warning points and a contract that cannot be met.
In Optifora
The organisation side calculates the required time from the workplace's data; it keeps quotation scope and time in the same record and compares them with the time actually spent after the contract.
