How does sending data to the Ministry system work in practice?

The record is produced in the product, turned into the data set and sent through authorised software; every link in the chain is recorded.

The chain

Training, examination and hazard-source records are created in the product first. Sending is completed when those records become the fields defined in the data set and are transmitted through authorised integrator software. If any link is missing, the submission is incomplete.

Record quality decides it

Most submission problems are data problems, not transmission problems: missing identity information, mismatched dates, an undefined role, or an unclosed record. The fix therefore lies not on the submission screen but where the record was created.

Who is responsible

The professional produces and sends the data; the employer provides the software and the conditions; the authorised firm opens the transmission route. Each is responsible for their own link.

In Optifora

The integration side marks records not ready for submission in advance; it says which field is missing and takes the correction to that record's own screen.

Manage this in Optifora

Optifora is not a single program but a compliance platform assembled from modules. The catalogue states which module is ready today and which is on the roadmap.
