Leaving no gap
When a contract ends, the workplace's duty does not. Time passing before a new assignment is time without the service. Termination and the new assignment are therefore planned together.
Delivery of records
Article 13 of the Occupational Health and Safety Services Regulation requires all records and files to be delivered to the employer at the end of the contract term, even if not requested. Delivery is minuted with the number and content of the files.
Open items
Unclosed findings, incomplete training, examinations nearing their date and pending submissions go on the handover list. An open item not handed over is a debt the newcomer cannot see.
The source of continuity
Where records sit in the workplace's own system, handover stops being a file-moving exercise; the newcomer carries on from where things stood.
In Optifora
When an assignment record ends, open items are produced as a handover list; because records stay in the workplace's own space, the newly assigned person sees the same history.
