What does a service contract contain?

Scope, term, parties, ownership of records and the ending arrangement are written; approval in the system completes the contract.

Approval in the system

A paper contract alone does not start the assignment. The relationship is completed when the contract in the system is approved by the parties, and that approval has its own period.

Scope and term

Which services will be given, the assignment time, visit frequency and the position on training and measurements are written. The time must match the time calculated from the workplace's data.

Ownership of records

Article 13 of the Occupational Health and Safety Services Regulation requires all records and files to be delivered to the employer at the end of the contract term, even if not requested. The contract repeats this and defines how delivery happens.

Ending

The termination procedure, notice period, open items to be handed over and the delivery record are in the contract. Without them, every ending turns into a negotiation.
