The short answer
Optifora is a modular compliance platform built so that an organisation can run its occupational health and safety duties from one place. OHS is the core; legislation tracking, environment, energy and industrial standards sit under the same roof. The product is built by EGEROBOT.
Not one program but a selection of modules
The platform is not shipped as a single package that opens everything to everyone; it is assembled from the modules an organisation selects. The catalogue groups them under nine headings: chemicals and safety data sheets, compliance and risk, field operations, people, assets, environment and energy, corporate, trust, and setup and entitlement. The organisation decides which modules it needs, based on its hazard class, headcount and duties.
What runs today
Every module in the catalogue carries one of three status labels: ready, in development, on the roadmap. Three modules are ready today, two are in development and the rest are on the roadmap. The labels come from the product's own inventory, not from an estimate. The surface open to customers today is the iOS application; a web administration panel and a browser application are on the roadmap.
The part that needs no account
The reference tables and calculators on this site are open to everyone: hazard class query, administrative fine tables and calculator, periodic inspection periods, the OHS duration calculator, the emergency team calculator, the carbon footprint calculator, the OHS glossary, the occupations dictionary and the accident statistics pages. None of them asks for a sign-in.
Pricing and getting started
A price list has not been published yet; because scope depends on the module selection, the size of the organisation and the headcount, quotes are given through contact. The languages of this release are Turkish and English.
