About Optifora

What free tools does Optifora offer?

Twelve tools on this site work without an account or a sign-in: hazard class query, fine tables and the fine calculator, periodic inspection periods, the OHS duration calculator, the emergency team calculator, the carbon footprint calculator, the OHS glossary, the occupations dictionary and the national and global accident statistics pages.

Query and reference tables

The hazard class query runs on more than two thousand NACE codes taken from the workplace hazard classes communiqué: you type the code or the name of the activity and it returns the hazard class. The fine tables show the administrative fines under Law No. 6331 and the other labour acts, by year. The periodic inspection table lists the inspection interval for eighty-one equipment types drawn from the annex of the work equipment regulation.

Calculators

The fine calculator totals the administrative fines for the year from the violations you select, the headcount and the hazard class. The OHS duration calculator gives the monthly working time of the occupational safety specialist and the workplace physician for a given hazard class and headcount. The emergency team calculator works out how many firefighting, evacuation and first aid team members a workplace needs. The carbon footprint calculator runs on official emission factor publications.

Dictionaries

The OHS glossary carries more than five thousand six hundred terms with their Turkish and English equivalents. The occupations dictionary lists more than seven thousand seven hundred occupations with their ISCO code, national qualification and occupational standard references.

Statistics pages

The Türkiye statistics page comes from the annual statistics of the social security institution: accident and occupational disease counts broken down by sector, province, month and age. The global page shows country-level indicators from ILOSTAT, Eurostat, World Bank and US BLS data.

No account, and no numbers hard-coded

None of these tools asks for registration, sign-in or a trial. The figures are not written into the pages; they are read from data sets, and when a source publishes a new edition the set is refreshed and the page shows the new value. Which set came from which provider and when is listed on the resources page. All the tools are collected on the tools page, and term searches in the glossary.

Manage this in Optifora

Optifora is not a single program but a compliance platform assembled from modules. The catalogue states which module is ready today and which is on the roadmap.
