Administrative fines are updated every year by the revaluation rate, and a new table is published at the start of the year. For 2026 the rate is 25.49 percent. It is the same across all six acts: Occupational Health and Safety Act 6331, Labour Act 4857, Maritime Labour Act 854, Press Labour Act 5953, Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining Act 6356, and International Labour Force Act 6735.

The rate has fallen, but the base has grown, so the amount in lira keeps rising: an item that was TRY 885 in 2023 is TRY 2,531 in 2026.

Act 6331 figures for 2026
The core occupational health and safety items now stand at: no risk assessment TRY 66,725 - 200,175; no safety specialist or workplace physician TRY 111,263 - 333,789; failing to report an occupational accident to the social security institution within three working days TRY 44,443 - 133,329; failing to meet the worker training obligation TRY 8,980. Failing to prepare a major accident prevention policy document ranges from TRY 1,113,064 to TRY 3,339,192. At the very top of the table sit bringing a workplace into operation without submitting the safety report for ministerial review, and continuing operations at a workplace that has been shut down: TRY 1,780,902 to TRY 5,342,706.
