A per-worker fine means the amount is not applied once to the workplace but separately for every worker affected by the breach. For a breach of the equal treatment principle, for instance, the 2026 amount is TRY 2,531 for each worker. In some items the multiplier doubles and the fine runs for each worker and each month. One fine, or forty? Some rows in the penalty tables carry the note "for each worker in this situation". It means the amount is not applied once to the workplace but separately for every worker affected by the breach. The same act produces ten times the fine if it affects ten workers and forty times if it affects forty. In the calculation the amount is multiplied by the number of affected workers. Wilfully not paying wages, not paying wages into the bank account where that is compulsory, and underpaying the minimum wage all carry TRY 2,734 for each worker and each month in 2026.
